GRID|MES is a sector independent manufacturing automation system that helps manufacturers to produce products with predefined instructions. It is a cloud solution that enables production staff to follow instructions at every stage of production and take the right step at the right time.
GRID|MES can be used with ERP or without requiring any ERP. It includes the entire critical production processes, such as designing the manufacturing process, approval automation of the manufacturing master record, creating the process order, execution each stage of shop floor with the right instructions, and generating the manufacturing report.

Equipment Management

The equipment management module provides control and management of all manufacturing assets such as machines, containers, scales, setup parts and workrooms in production. It ensures that the correct equipment and tools are used in production.
Ekipman yönetim modülü, üretimde bulunan makineler, konteynerlar, teraziler, kurulum parçaları, odalar gibi tüm imalat demirbaşlarının kontrol ve yönetimini sağlar. Üretimde doğru ekipman ve araçların kullanıldığını garanti altına alır.
Master Batch Recording

Master batch recording module defines each production step. It contains instructions to be applied at each maufacturing stage. It consists of version-tracked records containing production conditions and equipments. With the help of drag-and-drop MBR studio, each manufactuing process can be desined easly.
Ana seri kayıtları modülü, üretimin hangi adımlardan oluştuğunu tanımlar. Her üretim aşamasında uygulanacak yönergeleri içerir. Üretim koşullarının ve ekipmanlarını içeren versiyon takibli kayıtlardan oluşur. Her MBR sürükle-bırak MBR stüdyosü sayesinde kolay süreç tasarlamayı sağlar.

Electronic batch records module ensures that each MBR-defined step is carried out on time and correctly. EBR guides operators, activating or closing instructions according to the process flow. It enables the creation of process orders. Provides follow-up and reports of work orders according to shop-floor orders.
Elektronik seri kayıtları modülü, MBR tanımlanmış her adımın zamanında ve doğru şekilde yapılmasını garanti altına alır. EBR, operatörleri yönlendirir, yönergeleri üretim akışına göre aktive eder veya kapatır. Üretim emirlerinin yaratılmasını sağlar. Üretim emirlerine göre iş emirlerinin takibini sağlar, raporlar.

Material management module enables the identification and management of raw materials used in production. MM module can be used integrated with ERP or independently of ERP. It is a critical module for using the right raw materials and batches in manufacturing.

Production planning module is the module where manufacturing recipes are defined. Responsible for creating bill of materials (BOM) and defining them in MBR. PP module can be integrated with ERP or used independently of ERP.
Üretim planlama modülü, üretim reçetelerinin tanımlandığı modüldür. Malzeme ürün ağaçlarının oluşturulması ve MBR' a tanımlanmasından sorumludur. PP modülü, ERP ile entegre kullanılabilir yada ERP den bağımsız olarak kullanılabilir.
